Program Overview

The WYBA 1st and 2nd grade Development League is the perfect place to introduce your little athletes to the fun and excitement of basketball.

Our Saturday Clinics & Games offer sessions focused on basketball fundamentals and then game play to apply those skills. Perfect for boys and girls in 1st and 2nd grade who are looking to get into the game.

Program will consist of two sessions (please select the session that suits your child's schedule). Each session will accommodate up to 28 players and will be supported by 1 Trainer/coach and as we would like, 1 or 2 parent volunteers per team (for game breakouts).

Open to residents & players of Warren, Watchung, Green Brook and Long Hill communities.

  • Social interaction, as basketball is a team sport, providing a setting for your child to develop social skills

    • We will be offering two sessions, please register for the session that suits your schedule.  (Do not register for two sessions, only register for one session).
    • Each session will be limited to 28 participants - Register FAST to SECURE your SPOT
    • Registration Fee: $85 (Payment is due at time of Registration)
    • Please bring a basketball (size 5 is best for this age but size 6 will work) and a water bottle with your name on them!

      • Location: Warren Central School Gymnasium - Side Courts (Adjustable Hoops)
      • Timing:  10:15AM – 11:15AM
      • Saturday December 7th through Saturday March 1st
